Hello, I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had at…read moreyour store today. While I was shopping in the protein aisle, I asked a question to one of the employees who was stocking items. Unfortunately, he responded in a way that felt dismissive and rude. When I made a light comment about a shirt color, he responded with a smart remark that came off as unprofessional. I understand that stocking can be a demanding task, but I believe all staff interacting with customers--whether directly or indirectly--should be courteous. His attitude made me feel like I was bothering him just for asking a question, which left a very negative impression. I enjoy shopping at this Target and usually have positive experiences, but this interaction was disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken into account so that other customers are treated with more respect in the future. Thank you for your time.

It is managed by the Simon Property Group that manages many malls across the country. The mall is home to over 120 stores and has Dick's Sporting Goods, J. C. Penney, Kohl's, Macy's, and Macy's Home Store. as it anchors. I visited this mall on a Thursday night in mid-December and it was. pretty empty. Santa Claus was there though. What stuck out to me the most about the mall was how clean it was. It was very clean and updated. It had a play area for kids and you will find stores such as Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, GameStop, Build a Bear, Foot Locker, Journey, Hot Topic, Spencer's, The Children's Place, Pandora, Zales, Finish Line, Claires, Sip and Paint and Victoria's Secret. There is also an AMC movie theater, a selfie museum and post office there too. It should be noted that the Charles County Government plans on opening a Sports and Wellness complex in the old Sears location very soon. The opening date has not been announced yet. In addition to a vistit from Santa the mall hosts the Easter Bunny, Financial Workshop for Children, Animal Shelter Pet Adoptions, Maryland Kids in Safety Seats event, Game nights and hiring events. You will find a fair selection of eateries that feature America's Best Wings, Charley's, Auntie Annes, Sabarro, Ocean Blue Grill, Jeff's Burgers, Haagen-Dazs, Asian Chao and Cinnabon. I will admit that the mall has a well documented history of thefts, and violent acts including shootings and stabbings, but I did not feel unsafe during my visit. In a time when malls are dying, I like this one. It is easily accessible (by car and public transit), has all my favorite mall stores and eateries and is very clean and updated. I have a very busy almost 2 year old and Samantha was so pleasant and did a great job on her photos all while taking calls and managing other photographers.
