Heck they even have Blade in a few of them which I was excited for. I believe the whole store was discounted 10 or 20% as well. I've been there before and was treated well by the employees as the customer service was stupendous I'm all about supporting the local establishments but today I was a bit put off. They hold a raffle and for each customer transaction you received a couple of raffle tickets. One for today and one for a later day. Well I made my purchase and my nephew found something else as we were walking out the door. We stood in line and made another purchase. I wasn't given a ticket and asked for one and was told by the dark haired lady behind the counter that today was only one ticket per customer not per transaction and dismissed me. I don't see the difference between today or Any other day. My money is green and credit cards are plastic every day. If it's because of the specials at least they made 80% of the sale then nothing at all.

I paid extra for a warranty at this store and got SCAMMED for my trouble…read more When I bought my controller, the employee sold me a protection plan by telling me I could bring the controller in and walk out with a brand new one. No mention of a time limit. No mention of any conditions. No mention that "new" actually meant "whatever used controller is sitting in the back." When I finally used it, they took my working-ish controller and handed me a used one in worse condition than what I brought in. The buttons stopped responding almost immediately after I left the store. So I paid extra money for the privilege of downgrading to a broken controller. I came back to swap it out and was told they couldn't do anything for me. They knowingly handed me defective used hardware under a plan that was sold to me as a new-for-old exchange, and then refused to stand behind it. So to recap: I was misled about what the warranty covered, misled about what I'd receive, given a broken product, and then denied any remedy on a plan I paid extra for. That's not a warranty. That's a fee for nothing. Don't buy the protection plan here. Get whatever you're told in writing, or just buy your accessories somewhere with a real return policy.

I personally enjoyed the upstairs mystery selection. Being that they have the largest influx of mystery books, they give you two for the price of one! A deal if you ask me. I ended up finding two mystery books and a Fear Street book (I collect these) all for the price of $6! She even included free bookish stickers. It was fabulous. Everyone needs to come here... especially the book lovers! There's much treasure to be found.
