Terrible experience here! The clerk had a bad attitude and so did the manager. I tried to pay with my VISA card and they asked for ID. I politely declined and they said "You have to show it or we won't take the card!" This is entirely false. According to both VISA and MASTERCARD, asking for ID cannot be a condition for accepting a signed credit card. I have filed a complaint with each card and they should be fined according to each card's master agreement. read more

Bought a GH2 on Thursday 2-8-2010 I open box to make sure all the product was there. Went to give the present to a friend and they already had it. So i went to return it and was told SORRY WE CANT TAKE IT BACK. So i asked why and was told we cant take open packages. By the way i placed all the product back where it was and nothing broken. So i made a small scene and the guy behind the desk said here call my boss maybe he will take the game back. So i call this person left a message. To see if he would allow a return of the product, by the way its 2-20-2010 SATURDAY... 2 day later. So i call the person and of course i get a voice mail. They where disrespectful to my disabled mother. I would refuse your chair when I asked for one. While I was refused access to my 10-year-old child as he purchased an item. When I insisted on supervising by 10-year-old child purchase. I knaielt so I could do so. I was told I was blocking the middle of the floor no I move closer to the counter and they told me going to Havasu cootie remove me from the Store for disturbing other customers. I was quiet just trying to supervise on my miner child and even asked for an additional product. And I was done threatened that I would be removed from the store forcibly if I did not leave. Yet they excepted the additional purchase before I voluntarily left the store with my minor child and out to purchases any disabled person should be outraged I walk with a cane and cannot stand for any length of time. I'm usually confined to a wheelchair but I am under treatment by doctor and tried to walk with the cane And can barely stand for any length of time. This is a clear violation of the persons w/ disabilities act!
