I visited this establishment over 3 weeks ago and was denied the sale of my firearm. Perfectly fine. I had a shipping label emailed to them the SAME DAY to have said firearm returned. I've called numerous times to check on its status because the seller still hasn't received the returned firearm, just to receive the response "a firearm shipped out, i don't know if it was yours" without being asked my name or anything. I emailed 6 days ago to check the status again, I was told it was just packaged and awaiting pickup... 3 weeks later. I immediately asked to be updated when it's picked up by UPS, tracking info, etc. Still to this second haven't received a response. I spent $800 on a firearm that I was not only denied access to but then held for 3 weeks with no explanation, communication, apology?? The overall handling of this situation was unprofessional and frustrating. It STILL hasn't been resolved and has been ongoing since June 18th. I cannot be refunded until the seller receives the firearm back. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.

He also continued to act like my issues were not his problem. My mother came into the store and was appalled. He was brushing her off and she had to help me communicate with him multiple times I needed help with the screen protector. When we needed help with the adapter for the phone, he tried to sell her one of the more expensive ones in the store. In the end, we left extremely upset and my mom ended up having to call customer service for help. As someone who has worked retail over five years, I am extremely disappointed in the people who worked that night. I seriously hope they can get their act together.

He was patient and very understanding of my situation. He asked me a few questions to understand my needs, like how many people were using the phone plan and what type of phones we were using. He then explained the various options available to me and went over features of each plan. He then matched me up with one of their newest plans that provided the most value for my family's needs. The rep was also very helpful in helping me set up the plan and port my phone numbers from our old provider. He took the time to walk me through all the steps of the process and answer any questions I had along the way. His friendly and professional demeanor made the experience seamless. In the end, I was able to seamlessly transition from our old provider to Verizon with no hassle. It's been a year since I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon and to date Mr. Patel has continued to make my experience with Verizon remarkable whenever I need to modify anything with my plan or devices.
