So I've seen my share of different Boost store locations. And this location by far has the BEST SERVICE. Arturo is amazing. I was trying to add a 4th phone line onto my plan. He saw immediately that previous store locations had just been adding the phone lines on to my plan at $60 a pop. Which means my phone bill had gotten up to $160 for 3 lines. Instead Arturo suggested that I change over to the family plan of 4 lines for $120. Which immediately saves me $40 a month. Which is a nice savings. So thank you so much Arturo for the wonderful kind friendly customer service. And for your thoughtful suggestion of the Boost family plan which saves me $40 a month. In the future I will highly recommend you and your Boost store location to all family and friends.

The prices are very reasonable considering that the price of the trophies includes engraving. My kids have gotten trophies in the past that just looked cheap, not the case here. I like that they also offer other "gifts" that can be personalized. It was a very easy process, with a pretty quick turnaround time. I will definitely be coming back for any trophy needs in the future!

One of the ring's went home with me that day and the other had to be sized. when I was paying, one of the employees that came in on her day off proceeded to make a face as if she was shocked that I could afford such an item. I'm not sure if it was the way I was dressed (I was dressed very comfortable that day), but she should not make a face if it is not followed up with some kind of explanation. It didn't bother me too much and I didn't say anything, and we left after the transaction was complete. When I went to pick up one of the rings we had sized, an employee was feeding her infant when I walked in. Which is not a totally awful thing, but a little unprofessional. When we got to the counter to provide our ID, she decided she needed to tell my son, who was with me and struggling to pull out his ID from his wallet, that he needs to eat something because he was shaking so much. I let her know that my son has MS and Seizures (due to epilepsy), and that the shaking is for life. Not fixable. She didn't apologize for giving her opinion or what she thought was advice. If she hadn't said it with a matter of fact attitude like my son was doing something to feel the way he does, I wouldn't be submitting such a review right now. I will definitely not be shopping at the Hemet, CA location anymore. My best service has always been the Temecula, CA location and I will only go there from now on.
