TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My granddaughter bought me a bracelet and necklace for Christmas spent close to $300. Well, the bracelet kept opening and falling off and the chain was so fine I was afraid to wear it. We took it back to possibly trade for something else. They told us we have to spend another $290. WHAT??? I have never heard of your only way to return was to spend more money even if the bracelet was defective. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!!! They took advantage of a young kid and if that's how you do business you will be closing soon. Seems a lot of people are pissed off. I have shopped at the HEMET, CA Daniel's Jeweler once I moved to San Jacinto. I purchased some jewelry that I am very proud I could afford. One of the ring's went home with me that day and the other had to be sized. when I was paying, one of the employees that came in on her day off proceeded to make a face as if she was shocked that I could afford such an item. I'm not sure if it was the way I was dressed (I was dressed very comfortable that day), but she should not make a face if it is not followed up with some kind of explanation. It didn't bother me too much and I didn't say anything, and we left after the transaction was complete. When I went to pick up one of the rings we had sized, an employee was feeding her infant when I walked in. Which is not a totally awful thing, but a little unprofessional. When we got to the counter to provide our ID, she decided she needed to tell my son, who was with me and struggling to pull out his ID from his wallet, that he needs to eat something because he was shaking so much. I let her know that my son has MS and Seizures (due to epilepsy), and that the shaking is for life. Not fixable. She didn't apologize for giving her opinion or what she thought was advice. If she hadn't said it with a matter of fact attitude like my son was doing something to feel the way he does, I wouldn't be submitting such a review right now. I will definitely not be shopping at the Hemet, CA location anymore. My best service has always been the Temecula, CA location and I will only go there from now on. read more

So my wife and i were treated horrible by emily aubrie and the mangier does not care lets her employes tell her what to do while she sits in back doing nothing !! My wife and i baught 2 wedding bands both were messed up i payed them 150 to size them they sized mine wrong and tryed chaging me again and my wifes ring has scratch makes all over the inside were they sized it they did a horrible job now they still have are rings and messed up are anniersary date thanks !!! Definitely the nicest jewelry store I've personally visited so far. Me and my fiancé were recently engaged and needed ourselves some rings. (I know, we did things a little backwards) Daniels was probably the first and best spot we have visited. So much so, we went BACK to Daniels to get my ring after browsing other spots in town. My future bride initially purchased hers there's on our first visit. They had a beautiful selection and she found the absolute perfect one she was looking for. The ladies helping us were very welcoming and were able to answer all of our questions at the time. It was a far smoother experience than expected. My mom and I walked into the Daniels jewelers to pick out my birthday gift and the girls didn't even greet us. We were looking at jewelry for a good 10 minutes while the two girls were just staring and giving us dirty looks while sitting behind the counter. Then she felt like she was forced to ask if we needed any help not even getting up from across the room with the tone of her voice she seemed beyond annoyed. I am editing my review . I have had a stone fall out of my ring I took it back to have it repaired waited a week to have it fall out two days after I got it back had it "repaired " to only have the same thing happen again when I called to find out why it's not being repaired the right way the lady told me that the jewelry repair that they use is very very busy and that maybe he didn't completely check the ring before returning it to the store to be returned to me . This is not okay . I moved to Las Vegas and had the stone fall out for the third time . Safe to say I will not be going back to waste my time trying to get this ring repaired . read more

I love the ladies that work at this location. They are always so friendly and professional! The General Manager on the the other hand, is always short and not very nice. She's not rude, but she definitely shows a negative attitude and vibe and you can tell she's over her job. I love the various collections and I will continue to shop here for seperated occasions. I would never shop here again. I know nothing about jewelry, so I guess they could see a target coming. Janet and Oscar Torres have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They were just trying to take my money. They just make up prices and charges. You better hope the woman in your life has fat fingers cause the rings are huge and they charge more and more the smaller they size it. Horrible place to go for a wedding ring.
