The staff is rude and seem to be bothered by questions. I have experienced this over several visits.

Always have the coolest stuff, that Pro membership really saves me with the discounts and coupons! Staff are super helpful and attentive, though it seems they only schedule one person on busy days (they struggle to keep up but still make a great effort to greet and help everyone!) Some things are really expensive, but the warranties are a life saver, and if they don't have something in stock they can either send you to a location that does or order it online for you and get it shipped to your house. I come in often and they just started taking in retro consoles again for trades, so they have a lot more retro games again. Great place for video game merch, Christmas gifts, and they have different sales every week - Just changed their hours so they open even earlier on the weekends now, and the late night launches are always fast for people who preordered to play a day early. read more

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever had in any Gamestop. One person working g and she spend 12 minutes on a phone call with her boss talking about another employee in front of customers. Then the stock was super limited, so I spent all that time waiting just to somewhere else (not Gamestop) to get a new Xbox controller. read more

I want to recognize an outstanding associate at this GameStop location her name is Kate and she helped me not only once but twice during December and this organization is very lucky to have someone of her caliber in staff. In December I called to find out if they had three or four titles for a switch, initially I was told that the primary one I was looking for was not available but they had the second one that I was looking for. When I went to pick up the game I found two games waiting for me because Kate actually found the primary one that I wanted and had it already pulled and ready in case I still wanted it. On New Year's eve I had a mishap with my cell phone, now I realize that you guys don't service and repair cell phones but the T-Mobile right next to your location was already closed I walked in the store saw Kate and said I know this is a shot in the dark but do you have one of those little keys to punch out my Sim card .She did ! She punched out my Sim card and put it back in ,my phone started working again and my New Year's eve was saved. I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service and kindness and professionalism that this young person has displayed. Went here to purchase a birthday gift for my boyfriend and one of the things I bought was a little box that has a mystery collectable inside. These normally have some sort of chance of having each of the possible characters. When I got home, and after I gave the gift away, we noticed that the box was ALREADY MARKED as to what was inside, the inside character was NOT wrapped/sealed in a bag, and the box was clearly re-glued. I will be more alert next time and make sure the boxes I buy are shrink wrapped and not opened yet. I was buying this box with the expectation that it's a surprise - not that they already opened it, probably took out all the cool ones and then left the others for their customers. read more

This is probably the worst GameStop store in the area. They're always out of stock on everything I look look for wether it is for Xbox or PlayStation. I tried to trade in my Xbox one because I have a Xbox one X and it's always a hassle trying to sell your devices. I couldn't trade mine in because mine wasn't updated?? read more

Best GameStop ever! The staff and manager always seem happy and welcoming. The manager always looks to make sure you're getting the most bang for your buck and makes sure before you buy he'll explain what the game would be like and if it would suit your play style or genre. You guys make shopping for games always a good experience! read more

I am usually pretty happy with the employees that run this store. But today was the first time someone was unprofessional with me. I went in to browse and see if they have any deals going on. I walked in without a mask. And the young man never said anything to me about it. So I didn't think nothing of it. A few minutes go by. And a young lady comes in who works there too. Usually a very nice girl. But she must have something going on. She loudly says to me that I need to put a mask on or leave the store. Know this I have no problem wearing a mask if asked properly. But the tone and words were in a hostile manner. I said so. And she repeated her statement louder and more of a hostile tone. So I said ok. And left the store. I am not one of those people who is all not going to wear a mask to start some mess,Given the choice I just perfer not to. But I refuse to be spoken to disrespectfully by and employee of a store that claims to want my business. That is not how you handle this situation in a business setting. read more

I have been to this location several times and all the staff have been real helpful. But today the girl that was working was very rude and short with me. I will not be going back to this store and probably won't be buying from GameStop. The policy for returning pre-owned games sucks. I can get games or consoles from anywhere else with a much better return policy and friendlier service. read more

If I could I'd give this GameStop zero stars. Kali, a store associate, told me because I wanted to cancel a pre-order that I wanted digital BUT other store associates told me I'd have to wait until a week before but unfortunately with college being a priority, I just wouldn't have time to pick it up. But before I said any of this she told me "whatever dude I don't wanna argue with you" she then rudely told me that she had to give me some of the money back because it was trade in money which I had forgot. But just overall she was very rude and unprofessional. I recommend taking your business elsewhere or to another GameStop location! read more

I went there for the first time , I wanted a game that they should have it after a while they told me that I have to order it because they had a problem in the inventory ( it is happening). So they ordered it for me and I would have to pick it up a week later. after a week no phone call, I check the tracking number and they said that the game went back to the sender because the address was not complete( it means that the employee did not know the address where is working). I sent an email to the support to check what happened I receive another email to ask about my phone number and after 4 days still not reply so I went to the store and they told me they made a mistake. He ordered it again and he told me that the game will be at the store at the latest in 2 days finally the game arrived 3 days later instead of 2. He took 2 weeks and 2 days to have the game. When I picked the game I bought more games and then When I tried one of them, the game did not worked maybe because of scratches on it. and I found another one with scratches and it is working.The guy just said sorry. if I was happened to my customer I will give him a game for free. or a coupon. that what I call the sense of responsibility and the satisfaction of the customer .
