This time, I picked up Resident Evil 3, which had a $14.99 price sticker. At checkout, I was told the total would be $20.57 after tax. When I asked why, the cashier said someone had forgotten to update the sticker and that she wasn't authorized to honor the displayed price. After telling me that, she removed the $14.99 sticker from the game before completing the sale. So the store was authorized to put the sticker on the game, but not authorized to honor the price? That's unacceptable. In my opinion, this is a scam. Whether it's intentional or the result of poor management, customers shouldn't be shown one price and then charged another at the register. Since this has now happened to me twice, I won't be shopping at GameStop again.

There is rarely ever any clearance here, and if there is any, the prices are high. On my last visit, there were boxes everywhere blocking shelves and aisles.
