This is our favorite retro gaming shop anywhere we've traveled. The staff is super helpful,…read moreknowledgeable, fun, and friendly. They have a wide selection and they update their social media frequently with new items. If they don't have something, they can either get it or tell you where you can find it. The one time we had a problem with an item, they immediately made it right with a smile and without any hesitation. We try to visit at least twice a month. It's about a 30 minute ride each way for us, but absolutely worth the trip. On the rare trip that we don't buy anything, we still have a fun time. If you're a retro gamer, this will become quickly one of your favorite stores.

Was told they had…read morethem and would be available, the next morning I went in after waiting for the store to open to finally get this system and was introduced to the rudest manager you can imagine. I was turned down from buying my system their up coming sales after being told I was able to buy one. He even said he had them but couldn't sell them. I understood to an extent but at the same time after waiting all that time and being told something completely different he could of worked with me or at least been apologetic but the whole time he was angry and miserable he had customers early in the morning when you'd think he'd be happy people were choosing to shop at his store. Honestly do this guy a favor and shop at another location. I watched him have an attitude with every customer before me and then I got experience the joy of shopping there too. I love the store but I can't support a business managed by someone who treats people like that. Have respect for yourselves and go somewhere else.
