When I went there to look at the Mario day deals, I asked where the xbox games were because I wanted to see if they had a game I wanted for my xbox while I was there. When I asked an employee where they were he looked and me, called me a fake gamer, and said "We dont carry dead consoles. Xbox is too focused on releasing their flop handheld" when I informed him that the ROG Ally Released LAST YEAR and Xbox announced they were developing their next console he called me stupid. Then I asked him about the Mario day sale I saw on their website. He claimed they weren't doing it. So I went next door to Best buy and got my games for cheaper. read more

A complete mess! Unfortunately, this is the closest Target to my home. I go there to pick up to pick up my prescriptions but often walk out right after. The reason...Most aisles are a complete mess. Items are always on the floor, put on random shelves, and empty shelves of popular items that should be fully stocked. Instead of enjoying my trip looking through the aisles, I am usually dodging items thrown on the floor or trying to find a certain size when other clothes are hung all over the ones I want to get to. If you're looking fora fun trip to Target to browse and/or find wht you need try an different store. read more

When you're in need, this Target is there for you indeed. They are always well stocked with frozen waffles so you never need to be stressed out walking in there thinking "will they have frozen waffles". Some Targets might only have a few frozen waffle options to choose from, but this location sets the bar high as there are such a vast variety stocked on the shelves. If I'm having friends or family over, then I'm certainly going to this Target first to stock up on 2 to 3 different kinds of frozen waffles. Some people like to make their frozen waffles in the microwave, but honestly I prefer utilizing a toaster oven because I think you get a better overall outcome. I never really knew why Target was such a big deal, until recently. Well what's changed? Having a 3 month old has made me realize what a great resource Target is for all your baby's needs. Sure Walmart has diapers and baby's clothes as well, but I find Target's baby section to be more organized and presentable. Target also has frequent specials on Huggies / Pampers products. For the past 3 months, they have offered a $20 gift card for buying $100+ worth of Huggies / Pampers products. Essentially 20% off, so diapers end up being $0.21-23 per diaper. This offer happens regularly, so it's pretty much the normal price at Target. That is quite impressive, since I have only found lower prices at Costco when there is a sale (less common) where Huggies diapers drop to $0.19-21 per diaper. I've also been impressed with their Mobile App and online ordering. There are additional savings for being a Target Circle member (free to sign-up). Anyways, I will be shopping at Target a lot more these days. I am so impressed, i've even bought some Target stock :). read more

He was very kind, patient and helpful during my search for an ereader (yay, for Target having a functional Kindle display...very hard to come by). My wife and I went shopping looking for a few things. My wife did not know where to find some items and went up to an employee who from appearances was working stocking shelves. When she asked him where to find her item the response was that he was on break. Normally this would be no problem until she asked 6 more employees afterwards and got the same response. Either everyone in that store takes breaks at the exact same time or they just did not want to bother with helping her find what she was looking for. Regardless 2 stars for poor customer service they could have at least pointed her in the right direction. read more

After years of working in customer service and retail this was by far one of worst experiences I've had in a retail store. My boyfriend and I both picked out pillows and when we returned to the check outline one of the pillows rang up $15 more than the price in the aisle where the whole skew was said. When we spoke to the worker in self check out his only solution was shrugging and telling us that the price it rings up as is the price. He had someone check and confirmed that the whole skew had been placed in the incorrect place but they would not honor the price, even thought it was an employee mistake. The tow employees we dealt with were rude and told us that "well obviously they are a different cost they're different pillows" and rolled their eyes at us. Instead of spending over $100 in their store today we walked out with nothing. read more

I am rating this in comparison to my local (Greece) Target-and I gotta day, this one is 10x a larger, better store! Much better variety, in nearly every department. I actually have a chance if finding a given item I am looking for! It's not the best mind you, but the one in Greece is quite poor. And Victor does have an in store Starbucks, which is never a bad thing in my opinion. read more

I love department stores where you are able to find all that you need. Instead of shopping at few stores, I found a little bit of everything here, target also now have more staff on duty and this is something that make shopping easier, especially if you have never been in the store before, Parking is super easy and not even once I came here and couldn't find a spot. read more

This Victor Target is one of the busier locations, nestled in a plaza adjacent to Eastview mall. Store is usually well stocked and decently organized, especially when compared to the Irondequoit Target. Target conveys a cachet, an attitude that sets them apart from KMart & Walmart. While I don't trust them as much as I used to, I still prowl the aisles looking for deals & discounts. The quality of their goods (especially their private line clothing) is as good or better than some of the majors. As long as Target occupies that niche between low end & high end, I'll be one of their regular customers. read more

Just a disaster, seems as though no one is stocking the shelves. Very disappointing! I expect better from Target.

We love Target but have been really disappointed over the last few months! The store is a complete disaster. We were hoping last time we were there that it was just a fluke that it looked so bad. Today I got my phone out and took pics because I cannot believe this is how Target wants to be branded in our community. Please get the Victor store back in order so that it is a pleasure to go there as it has been in the past. What we have seen over the last few months is not the norm. I've posted several pics so you can see what I'm talking about. I'm not doing this to be mean or downplay how hard those showing up for work are working, I'm saying this because I believe they need help and someone at corporate or wherever decisions are made are not doing what needs to be done to make this a great store again! tucker in victor target is so helpful and kind me and my friends asked him a question and he perfectly answered and supported our decision. he was so kind and is the best worker there and he is a very hard worker. i saw some other employees just kinda roaming around not doing anything,but not tucker he was helping customers left and right working his buttocks off. i ripped my favorite pants by sitting in your cart and he told me it would be ok and that he could help me find new ones overall tucker is the best and he needs a raise or something. read more

Who doesn't love target? You can come here and get literally everything now that they have a grocery sections. The grocery section is a bit small but they have everything you need. I would prefer this over Wal-Mart any day but sometimes Wal-Mart has cheaper prices. Always great selections and customer service. Only negative of my last trip was the group of teenage girls who all worked there and were talking about their boyfriends and recent parties. Fun to listen in though which is why those conversations are meant for home. read more

Target is amazing. It has really taken over as the best in a quality shopping super center. The best thing about this Target specifically is that it has an original snack bar, not the usual Starbucks/Pizza Hut that you'll find in a lot of places. The snack bars are classic and they have hot dogs, popcorn, and pop! Otherwise it's a usual Target. Place was clean and the associates were friendly and helpful. I'm sure I'll be back! read more

Every time I come to this Target I tell myself never again. It's always poorly stocked and there is never more than I register open. There is always a line even for self checkout. The customer service desk is completely useless. Today I wanted to purchase an item that was out of stock. Not only did the customer service rep not offer to help me order it, he couldn't even figure out the price. I had two items in my basket to purchase after asking my question and I was told I could not check out at customer service. I left the items at the counter. No way am I getting in another line. I'll stick to the Penfield location. It's well worth the 12 minute drive. read more

I recently was shopping at target east view. I had the pleasure of meeting "Dennis" who works at this location. I certainly was impressed with this fine young man. Dennis was very helpful and very friendly! I am handicapped. He helped me to my car.loaded my purchases. We spoke briefly, but I feel I met a new long lasting friend. Shopped at Victor Target yesterday to find a toy that my nephew wanted for Christmas. What happened to this store? I went at 10:00 AM and the store was in complete and total disarray. I was shocked to see the mess and lack of organization. Typically I LOVE going to Target stores because they are so clean, well stocked and organized, especially during the holidays! Everything looks so fresh, new and colorful. The Victor store was a mess - Every single aisle had either trash on the floor or carts of merchandise in them that were either being moved or being stocked. The Women's Shoe Department, especially the women's boots area was a disaster! Throughout the store, the shelves were unorganized, some nearly empty, and most looked like they hadn't been stocked or tended to in days. Front entrance looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month! Service desk area a mess. Store needs to get back to basics and fulfill expectations based on the standard Target stores have set. read more
