While I was there, I overheard an employee asking another employee to pay out-of-pocket to ship an entire box of the viral mystery dumplings to someone. That caught my attention because, to my understanding, online orders typically aren't shipped directly from the store or paid for by employees themselves. Out of curiosity, I asked if they currently had any of those items available, and I was told they did not. However, it didn't seem like they made any effort to check, which added to the confusion. Given what I had just seen, the situation felt a bit odd and somewhat inconsistent. I just wanted to share this observation, as it didn't seem like a typical or standard process.

This has been the best dog leash for five dollars that we ever bought. It has lasted and lasted so we went back looking for it. We wanted to get a few more but unfortunately there wasn't any but instead we found some really good dog toys that I normally pay about $12 on Amazon for they were only five dollars. They have a nice selection of Jimmy equipment, and a very big selection of snack, snacks, and soft drinks. So if you're in the area shopping and you just need a drink come into the store.

The knowledge the employees have and willingness to teach and invite newcomers into the TCG community is top notch. I hear it every time I'm looking for a magic card to buy online. However because of the friendly inviting nature of Central Coast Collectibles I am more inclined to go to my local card shop and support and interact with a business owner actively involved in the community. Pricing and trade value is great and easy as enjoyable interactions make it even better than just a monetary value. The fact they have two locations one in Lompoc and one in Santa Maria improves quality, selection, stock, and convenience. As mentioned the owner Tyler is seen and available in both locations and available to his employees to answer questions either on phone or person. I highly recommend Central Coast Collectibles for anyone who is in the TCG community or anyone looking to start collecting and playing any variety of card games or Warhammer table top.

Over a month ago we purchased three phones (1 new line, 1 to be mailed to an out of state family member as a trade in and 1 trade in that day in store), and we are STILL dealing with it. Our salesman, Eddie, did not mail the phone for nearly two weeks, refused to take or return our calls (as promised by other associates who answered. We've spent more than 13 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service and are contemplating leaving Verizon because of it
