I went to trade in a PS5 digital edition and buy a slim disc edtion staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff helped me get exactly what i needed too. It's a good game stop at least with my experience. Don't listen to the old bad reviews. read more

Every time I come in this place there is ZERO STAFF, WITH BIG LINES!!!!! No wonder this place is going out of buisness, im writing this review as im F#$%n waiting in line in the store. I've had mediocre experiences at GameStop. It's a place where if you want to purchase used games or systems then it's a good spot for you. That's of course if you prefer shopping in person as opposed to amazon and such where the prices are competitive if not better. The problem I have though is the customer service. I've had issues using warranties on items that i purchased because it's missing some random little component I didn't even need replaced! It's just a hassle sometimes and the online shop needs so much work! I have tried to purchase games on the online shop and it ends up selling me Xbox credits and making me buy it on the Xbox store which has a different deal (worse then advertised). It's a place I grew up going so I'll continue to give it a chance every now and then. read more

A GameStop like any other, unremarkable except the employees. It's not that they're rude but you can feel condescension hanging in the air. It's like they regard everything that walks in the door as an inferior life form. They expect you to know perfectly and obey by the golden rule of a good shopper: pay and leave. I just called there to ask about why my request to hold a game was not fulfilled. I spoke with Shelby who clearly had better things to do. After vaguely answering initial question I was rushed off the phone. Surely they are busy on a Sunday but this kind of lack of customer service is unacceptable. I came into grab PS VR and the associate was very helpful and sincere. Lots of effort and thorough explanation as he went through each part of the system. He physically handled everything for me, and rang me up patiently ($550 worth) with the awesome charm of a true gamer. Went there to trade in 3ds games very helpful my past review I said "closes to early" didn't realize that it was a holiday -__- but I got 117 store credit and used it to get the "blast from the past bundle" didn't have it in store so he offered too order it online!
