I will say that communicating with them was tough throughout the planning process - the email system doesn't work and emails are not responded. So you have to call them to communicate. I was VERY nervous leading to the party, given other reviews of the team not showing up etc. - but this is all given the system. If you communicate by phone its all good. Don't be discouraged by these reviews or unanswered emails - the party was ABSOLUTELY fantastic and would highly recommend them.

Very disappointment Had scheduled for Cinco de Mayo with a noon set up. Arrived 1 1/2 hrs late…read more After 2 hrs the mix still didn't freeze. Party was to start at 4:00. At 6:00 the mix wasn't even a slush, just liquid. Called Daniel and he said he'd replace the machine around 7:00. When he showed up party was just about over.
