I had done one of these paint classes at a place before the pandemic shut everything down. A friend told me she ordered kits for her girls to do during the holidays. So I began my search and found Paint the Town. From booking the date to the painting selection, everything was SUPER easy!! They were always very responsive and detailed. I could not ask for an easier way to plan a party. The artist arrived and set everything up. He was fun and chill and rolled nicely with the "crowd". He was engaging and encouraging and we had a blast! I totally recommend Paint the Town for a fun and unique party!!! They did not disappoint!

Each room has a different vibe and objective, testing your speed, agility, and memory just to name a few things. I visited with a group of 4. We went during opening weekend so there were a few kinks -- some of the games weren't loading and other games would go on too long so we got bored and tired. I think that'll work itself out eventually though. The manager was kind enough to invite us back on a different date to experience the other interactive experience they offer, Sensas, since we weren't able to play all the games due to the glitches. I take away a star because it was really hot in there. I'm not sure if there was any A/C in the building. And also, though the manager was super kind to my group, it was super disheartening to hear the way he was speaking to his staff. I hope that even in the midst of frustration, he can remember to be kind and respectful to his team in the future! Overall this is something different to do in Dallas with friends. I'd recommend! Just give them a little time to get on their feet.

Unfortunately, I did not have access to connect with him prior to the event but his pictures and reviews looked good. Glad I chose Chef Chris and his team because they were great. They showed up a little early to get set up and prepared. He did bring a lot of his own dishes and cookware. They were very kind to everyone but also focused on their craft. We had 4 courses. The food was amazing, everyone truly enjoyed the flavors and presentation. They cleaned up nicely and were out of there in no time at all. I would definitely recommend.

Have to say it was difficult. It was kind of sloppy and really didn't have like a starting point to work your way down the line. It was all over the place. Which isn't that much fun, might I add. It was very dark in there not much light. So many riddles to solve in such a small amount of time. It was a lot to take in at once. The host of our room might I add was very nice. We didn't ask for many clues, because we like to brainstorm and trying to figure it out without asking for too many clues. I would not likely return to do another room at this location. On to the next room!!

Pretty average escape room experience but located right in the middle of Deep Ellum. The puzzles were quite creative and I really appreciated not having too many 'find the combo/key to this lock' puzzle, but some of the props/room seemed really worn and the workers at the escape room didn't seem all too stoked to help us out with clues or actively moderating the room.

Most of us signed the waiver in advance and the rest did it on site. We packed some ice and a cooler and packed into the bike. Angelo was our guide. He was friendly and fun and pumped us up. He got the crowds on the street involved and Made a couple stops for us, but mostly we wanted site seeing. It was a lot of fun and the entire team enjoyed the adventure. This is definitely what you make of it. We had a small group, some alcohol and non alcoholic drinks, fun music, and good attitudes. We worked up a sweat in that horrible humidity, but the breeze was nice. Definitely recommend for a few hours of group fun!

I stubbled across Team Building Anywhere. Loved the idea and reached out to Logan who responded IMMEDIATELY with ideas! I picked the location - Main Street Grapevine, and we talked through the size of the group and my concerns. The biggest being store owners not appreciating a group in their stores during prime shopping season. Logan assured me that his team calls ahead, works with the stores that are willing and incorporates tons of outside fun. Ideally this would have been played in teams who competed, but my gang all wanted to work together so Logan suggest a wager for the girls - complete x number of tasks on the scavenger hunt, and we stop for coffee on the way home!
