We had higher hopes for this game truck. My son wanted a Fortnite themed birthday party and thought it would be so fun to play Fortnite with all of his friends and cousins on a game bus together. Well, come to find out they couldn't play fortnite and my son was extremely bummed. We ended up having the game bus leave early, because the kids were bored. Also, some of the other games the kids wanted to play they didn't have in either. Honestly, wished I was told Fortnite wasn't working before starting the rental time. Talked to the host and he said apparently Fortnite hadn't worked for other parties and something may be wrong with their Hotspot internet. I wondered if they could have hopped onto my wifi and just made it worked but I didn't get an answer. read more

It was easy to be able to see the trailer in sight, and for the kids to go back and forth during the 2hrs. Everything ran smoothly with our party of 26 kids. They were rotated out timely since there can only be 16 playing at a time. There were no complaints from the parents or kids. Everyone had a blast! There are actually GAMES on the TRUCK!! It's amazing. This big truck pulls up to your door and opens up and there is a living room on the truck for all your teenagers! PERFECT! I worked with Josh, who was really nice. He was really accomodating and worked very hard to meet our schedule. There was an issue on the actual date of the party nand he said he would send out another truck, which he did, and he was only a few minutes later than anticipated. The event went over well. I have attached photos. The games were well liked, I don't think the kids really played any 3D games. They danced and used the outdoor game deck quite a bit and everything really was excellent. I took a star off becuase I was promised a call back on Sunday to review the issue with the truck - which really wasn't an issue - and I never got a call. We just hired Gamez on Wheelz for my daughter's 12th birthday party. It was the perfect party for Jr. High aged children. Even the "big kids" (siblings and friends) wanted in on the fun. We also opted for the side stage which the kids loved for the dance game. I was hesitant to have it to so late (8pm-10pm) but it was a hit!! We did pizza, cake, and gifts from 630pm-8pm and then the kids did the game truck from 8-10pm. I'd recommend this company. They were very responsive and called to follow up with me a few days before the party to re-confirm and text the day of the party when they were on the way. He was very personable and good with the kids. We had 10 kids and they had a blast. Here's the thing folks, although the party is AT your house, it's not IN your house! And once the truck arrived and was set up, the kids were in the truck the whole time and had an absolute blast! They loved the set up of the truck, loved the game selection and had a GREAT time. Because of the weather, the truck was running a bit behind schedule. So to make up for it, they sent us 2 TRUCKS!!!! I was so excited to book a laser tag party for my son but it never worked out. It was the most bizarre experience. I dealt with a man named Josh. He is completely unprofessional and does not stand by his word. He told me had a date available and after I called back to make a deposit and learn more details about the party... he never returned my call. I waited a few days and called again to try and confirm/pay but once again nobody ever answered the phone or called back. After leaving 3 messages over a course of two weeks and also filling out a form -- I still never got a response and finally gave up. I had to tell my son the laser party was not going to work out. My 7yr old was pretty bummed. I have had several parties for my children at other party spots (Pump it Up, CrackerJax, Scottsdale Gymnastics, etc...) and have always been given excellent customer service. I do not know this for sure but I have a feeling the reason why Josh never called back or wanted to honor my party spot time is due to the fact that I only wanted to book an hour long party on a Sunday afternoon. He lists a special price on his website too and I bet he did not want to honor that either. He was also trying to push the weekday spots and Saturday spot before a major holiday. The game truck parked right outside our house and all they requested was to use an outlet to plug in an extra portable AC to help the kids stay cool.
