I told the doctor that I was too sick to go to school,and he started to telling me that being sick is not a excuse to not go to school. WTF how the fuck would he know how sick I was. And they charge $40 for people outer province and $25for doctor note. It's like they have never seen money before. Got signs everywhere saying cash only,don't bother the nurse or some shit.

The woman who took my blood samples was great but the woman checking people in is incompetent and nasty. First of all, she doesn't care about appointments and makes people with appointments wait in the same line as walk-in people which completely defeats the purpose of booking an appointment. My blood wasn't drawn for more than half an hour after my appointment time even though I arrived ten minutes early. People with appointments get an earlier time with the technologist but only after waiting to get to the front of the walk-in queue. But that's not the worst part. There is an Environment Canada warning for high heat and poor air quality in Hamilton today. Even though the waiting area inside the office was never more than one third full (seats, not just standing area), the woman on the desk would only let in a few people in at a time and made the rest stay outside in the extreme heat. This includes the people who had been fasting and elderly people. One woman was feeling faint and asked if she could come inside; the woman on the desk refused her so she had to leave to get out of the heat even after waiting so long. The reason?: she said that having more than a few people in the waiting room would make the office too hot (even though it is air conditioned and much cooler than outside) and she herself was already too hot and she had to stay there all day! Her demeanor was rude and bordered on abusive. From now on I will go to the Dundas, Ancaster, or Queenston Rd locations.

I wonder if they are anti-vax too? Also, their ecg equipment was broken. They expected me to get a second lab request form from my doctor and go somewhere else for that. Instead, I took my paperwork back and am going to a good lab for everything.
