People should not be repeatedly forced to drive one and a half hours one way to book an appointment. or get staff to follow through. Admin concerns are met with argument that the phones work well while other staff interrupt to apologize, stating there are ongoing tech issues. Front desk now twice states in reply "I'm happy when the phones do not work", after being told twice that I had to drive the three hours to get an appointment. The phones, when present, do not ring constantly as one particular admin staff continues to assert, as an excuse for no response. Staff call with the same issue unresolved in terms of referrals--if so busy would it not be more efficient to call with affirmative information, rather than with repeated stated failures? Give Dr C. what she deserves for patient care and to grow a business with a stellar reputation!

I'm a little hesitant to write a glowing review of this Alpha Laboratories location because it's a…read morehidden gem and I don't want it to get busy, but here goes. Alpha Laboratories opened up here just a couple of years ago when the plaza was developed. There are a lot of parking spots that get filled up quickly, but I've never had a problem finding a spot. The lab is fairly small inside. The waiting room seats several people, but it's not particularly useful since the wait is extremely short. I haven't seen more than 2 others waiting when I come by. When you walk in, they give you a slip with a number on it. On the other side is a sudoku puzzle to help pass the time. How thoughtful. However, I rarely have to wait longer than 10 minutes. This is a huge contrast to some of the more popular labs, like Life Labs. I've been to multiple Life Labs locations in the past and there's always a line out the door and the wait can be an hour or more. The phlebotomists here also work the front desk. They're both skilled and caring. They get the job done quickly. Alpha Labs is my go-to place for blood work because I value my time.

In the last few months (unfortunately) I've had to to several tests and can say I've got to know the staff more than the average Joe. They take care of you here, not the "in-your-face" kind of help you get from a salesperson at you clothing store. But they try to make the needle process as painless as possible. And this is what makes me happy here, they're not rushing. I've found out the best time to go is 4-5pm as most people try to go early in the morning as some tests require fasting.

Right from the receptionist to the technician who performed the procedure, it was a pleasant experience. The screening could not be completed right away as I need a fuller bladder. The lady very patiently offered me some water and asked me to wait in a room for half an hour. At no time did she exhibit any annoyance or lack of courtesy. She was very kind, patient and professional. I was very pleased with her, so I just wanted to put a nice word for Christina and the entire staff of this fancily. Thank you!
