We've been taking our daughter to Gan Simcha since she was fourteen months old, and it has become a second home to her. Every morning she happily runs in for another day of fun and socialization, and we couldn't be more at ease. Morah Bina and her staff are wonderful, caring people who love the kids, as is evident in every video and photo they send throughout the day. The kids are given lunch, have music class, make challah bread, do art projects, dance and play together and form their first organic friendships which has been such a pleasure to behold. When we first enrolled our daughter I was emotional at the idea of her being out in the world having experiences without us; remembering that now feels very far away, because I genuinely could not have asked for a more nurturing, warmer environment for her to launch from. She has learned so much from Gan Simcha and the other kids and has so much joy and confidence that I think she will carry with her through childhood. To start off My almost 3 year old has been at Gan Simcha for almost a year and half and I also plan on sending my youngest when he's old enough. I dont think anything I say could fully explain how much I love Morah, Manu, Ilda and the Gan Simcha program. Finding a daycare for your child is not an easy task. It is stressful, overwhelming and so hard emotionally. But finding Gan Simcha has been a gd send for me. They click every box plus all the ones I didn't even think of. I drop my son off everyday knowing he is in the most loving, caring, happy, amazing environment. He runs inside in the morning and has the biggest smile on his face when I pick him up. Morah and her assistants do such a wonderful job there. They teach them songs, colors, the alphabet, etc. They also teach them the Jewish holiday songs and stories. They have people come in for the kids and are always planning fun things for them- like a singing guy, petting zoos, water play, art activities etc. Morah makes them the most delicious and healthy lunches and snacks. Honestly, I don't think I could say enough good things. I feel blessed beyond words to have found Morah, Gan Simcha and their wonderful program. Gan Simcha is an amazing place! Sending our son here was the best decision we've ever made for him. Morah loves him (and the other kids) as if they were her own family. Now that we're leaving for preschool it's so bittersweet. I wish we didn't have to go, or that Morah would open a school! She has a weekly music class for them, leads circle time to learn and read, and provides a huge outdoor play space with so many toys/tricycles/playhouses. It's incredible. Our son loves going there and has made amazing friends over the last two years. The parents are amazing too: supportive, kind, and no drama. Really so happy with this school. This Gan has the perfect t balance of arts, activities, great (& clean ) toy selection, they implement Lots of occupational therapy techniques im glad my little one is learning. They really work in fine motor skills, language skills and social skills. My kid is great at handling socializing because of the teacher and program. As a parent, it's good to know your child is in a warm, safe and happy environment where they are verrrrry well fed and happy. They have a lot of a structure for kids but also space to explore and be creative. My kid does activities here i could never do at home. I have never actually left a review on Yelp but I absolutely had to leave one so other parents know how special Gan Simcha is and how INCREDIBLE Morah is. We started sending my son,Oliver, when he was 13 months old. I was nervous about what the experience would be like because it was my first time sending him anywhere. It was the BEST decision I could have made. Oliver LIGHTS up every morning when Morah greets him with a hug. She sends me daily videos and photos of Oliver playing with other kids, doing arts and crafts, or laughing in music class. His language abilities have grown exponentially. At 17 months, he is a chatter box with a very advanced vocabulary. When I pick him up from school, he is in the BEST mood, smiling and laughing EVERY DAY. He NEVER comes home with diaper rash, and he always comes home with a full belly of food that Morah made for him. :) While all of the learning and play is amazing, the most special part of Gan Simcha is how much Morah LOVES the children. My kid came to Gan Simcha when she was 10 months old. She was our precious first baby girl, so me and my husband were very anxious about her being the whole day in a daycare, away from us. But I had to go to work and we chose this place for her to grow in after having a tour and speaking to Morah. Morah and Myanu are very sincere, kind, loving persons. The atmosphere they made there was like home where all the kids are brothers and sisters. They interact with each other and take care of each other. And we still feel like we are a part of the family. At 10 months Our baby didn't walk yet, and she was carefully treated all the time, like a princess. I enrolled children Jacob and Joshua attended this wonderful day care and I never got the chance to write a review that is definitely deserved. In all the day cares I've see before choosing Gan Simcha, I haven't seen such a warm and caring and mentally stimulating environment. Morah is unbelievable! Her experience with children definitely shows and she worked with me so well to ensure the transition is smooth for my children. The extended hours helped my husband and I immensely. All the activities and projects they do are so creative and educational. They give all the meals and help regulate their eating and sleeping habits. The child to teacher ratio is perfect; her assistants are such amazing people and super attentive to the children. My sons are typically shy but when I pick them up I see that they're actually playing so happily with other kids and don't even want to leave! Gan Simcha has been such a blessing! Our son has been there for over a year now and loves it. 8-5 can be a long day for a two year old, however, he is always excited to be there and to come back the next day. They helped potty train him at barely two years old! The amount of love and care he and the other children receive from everyone there is amazing! While it is a Glatt Kosher facility there is a very eclectic group of children who attend. This is such a blessing for our son to be around so many children with such different backgrounds, truly priceless. I found this daycare on yelp a few months ago and decided to check it out. Morah answered promptly and invited me to the daycare to see the facility. After doing my research with many other daycares, we decided to enroll with Morah. My daughter has been there for 6 months now and she loves it! And I couldn't be happier. Great location and it is refreshing knowing that my daughter is in caring hands. Morah's lunches and snacks are very healthy (all homemade!) and the curriculum/activities are great. Gan Simcha was the best thing that happened to us a few years ago when we were in a pinch and needed a daycare close by that had wonderful reviews. We sent our son when he was 1 1/2 while we had a newborn at home. We never thought we would feel comfortable with our child in someone else's home all day but it just became so easy and a few years later we sent our other son when he was two years old. Our children have since moved on and are in pre-school closer to our work. Morah and Manu became like family for our sons. They would barely say "goodbye" to me when I dropped them off because they were so happy and comfortable every morning when we would drive in her driveway. Honestly, we couldn't find a better place for our two kids. From the first day we met Morah Farzaneh, at Gam Simcha, over tree years ago, we immediately felt it was the right environment, very clean, with lots of space outside to play and a nice classroom with many toys and fun learning activities, great meals prepared daily, with lots of varieties of fruits and vegetables. My daughter absolutely loves everything about the daycare, and to this day every morning she bounces out of the car so excited to go. She also established a very close relationship with Morah, and this told us how much Morah really cares about the kids. Then, when my son was old enough, he started to go too, and he just feels the same about the day care, super excited every morning and super close to Morah and her assistants. Just as the other parents commented, I have only great things to say about this day care. My husband and I couldn't find a day care within a reasonable distance (from home) after our son was born. So I resigned from my work and took care of him. After our son turned a year old, we called pretty much all the licensed day cares in our areas, but no place had an infant spot available. When I called Morah's day care, it was three months wait (this was back in March) but we were willing to take the spot as we were just desperate. When the time came for our son to start the day care (he was 15 months), I was very very nervous as he was never away from me. Also we were concerned about his behaviors since he was biting others (due to teething) and was often very fussy. When I shared my concerns, Morah was so warm and reassuring and told me our son was going to be just fine. From day one, Morah was just soooooo loving and caring and treated our son as if he were her own. And her assistants, Theresa and Manuela, were also just loving and caring people. My son felt so comfortable with them right away. Prior to going there, our son only ate certain food such as rice and pasta and would refuse to eat fruits or vegetables. At Morah's, she prepares her warm home made cooking everyday and our son loves her food and now he eats everything from vegetables to fruits or just about everything! Our son initially cried at drop off time. But in a short time, he was happy in the morning to see Morah and would just waive good bye to me. And at pick up time, he would cry since he doesn't want to go home. We had to stop going to Morah's since we moved. We would've continued if it wasn't so far. We love love love Morah, and her assistants. It was our first encounter with a day care and Morah set such a high standard. We are so grateful that our son got to be part of Morah's extended family.
