Highly recommend! I've used this service twice for an exec at my company who recently had a baby. First time for a night nurse, and second time for a day time nanny. Kaitlin was my point of contact, and she was able to find both nanny's within a weeks time. Both nannies had great experience and the night nurse really helped teach the new parents how to sleep train and care for their new baby. I'm very impressed with the quality of nannies they are able to find on such short notice. We were visiting and got recommended by a friend. First time using a nanny agent- Paid for the service and got a candidate straight away. The CV seemed stellar, montesorri teacher this and that ..interviewed her she seems nice so we're going to try her and see. - First day she was wearing a mask and i thought due to covid this is the best for both parties. But me and my parents noticed that she was a bit not feeling well and asked her several times if she was okay (i am pregnant and worried about getting sick) she told us its just allergies. The next day she told us she is sick with viral infection. GREAT. how professional. On top of that she was so stiff and NOT playful or fun. Super NOT helpful and didn't really do much I was doing most of the work because she told me she wants to watch first, but everything is so basic! Barely played with my daughter she was like a robot so stiff and so blah. What kind of Montessori teacher is this? (trust me I have sent my daughter to a Montesorri school) - Called jaycee told her needed a replacement asap she sent us 1 candidate and that candidate was too busy for an interview, can barely set up a time with her and honestly wasn't too pleased with her CV and when I spoke with her briefly to set up a time she sounded very...not fun just like the first nanny she sent. And Jaycee told us that right now she only has 1 candidate. So basically after we paid for the service, she was NOT helpful at all. - They sent us a temporary nanny which was so much funner but honestly not worth the whole $500 they made us pay at the beginning. Expected soo much more than this. So so sooo disappointed. Never going to use their service ever again. Will not recommend this agency to anybody. read more
