The piece was completed. After about 10 days we realized that it was not firm enough. I called Gary back and he came to the house. Over the course of a couple of weeks we tried three types of foam until we found one that was firm enought for us. After my last experience here, I probably won't be coming back. Sad to say after so many years. I…read morerented a 100 foot drain router and had an absolutely horrible time with the machine. Just about blew out my back completely. The problem is that it's a very heavy device, and the cable is extremely heavy as well, it's really hard to manually pull it from the machine as it's spinning which you have to do with the machine that they rent here. If you're lucky and get a good rental unit, it has a gear that actually drives the cable through your pipe both in and out and you don't have to do all the work with your back and arms. I had an issue getting my cable back into the machine, and when I called about it, they said they would charge me for labor, even though I had insurance. So I ended up destroying an afternoon and my back putting the thing back together - look for a better rental store, at least for this type of thing.
