And when I tell them the bugs are still there, they do re-treat it, but they never actually customize the treatment - same product, same dosage, every time. Never remove cobwebs or spider nests, never completely have rid of us ants or wasps. Bad communicators who don't come in the agreed time window, half the time the tech doesn't ring the doorbell and later texts me he's done when I never knew he was there. And when I began to have a problem with rats (their rat bait didn't work), they took three days to come out and FORGOT THAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TREAT FOR RATS in my attic, instead merely refilling their useless rat bait and spraying the outside without ringing the doorbell.

IT WAS SCARY. A & B came out and efficiently and calmly wrangled the bloodthirsty insects and allowed me to use my shed! He did all…read morethe normal service items like spraying inside and outside as well as spreading granules but this part got me...he went in the attic and spread boric acid. Wow! I have NEVER had a pest control company do that. Ever! For the unaware, boric acid kills silverfish and if you google where they like to live, it's primarily attics. They do like books and cloth, etc but they love attics. Boric acid is also great for keeping critters (like rats) uncomfortable because it burns their bellies as they walk through it. So needless to say, I'm really impressed with this company. Unless something drastic happens, I doubt I'll be switching.
