Some of the items are a little too trendy for my own tastes, but they do have a lot of nice items that I would consider if I was looking to buy. There is an underwear section in the back corner of the store. I saw a very tiny shoe section. They do have some cute accessories, the scarves were beautiful. Prices were mid range, some items seemed a little high to me based on the quality. This store also carries jeans, I know denim can be hard to find for the curvy shopper. This store is not too far from the food court and is on the upper level.

I enjoyed browsing here and even tried in some tops and dresses but was surprised that a lot of the styles were very oversized. I normally wear a L or XL in tops but everything here that was L or XL was too big on me. The Ms were nowhere to be found and I tried on a sweatshirt in a small that surprisingly fit but looked awkward from the side. So, it was a miss for me this time but I'll definitely come back here. Just one person was working in the store which was inconvenient in that she could not both cash people out and check folks into the locked dressing rooms. Still, since the store wasn't super busy it was not a major issue.

Recently adjusting to my new body and was so nervous to go and shop for a new outfit for a date. I was very warmly greeted by a beautiful woman named, Kendra. Not only did she stock my room with gorgeous outfits, hype me up, and build up my confidence, her and her warm team of staff helped me make a normally stressful time, stress-free by catering and entertaining my children. Not the right store for dress shirts. Then we stopped by Banana Republic, and I was excited to see that I had options. I ended up getting the darker blue shirt. From the moment we walked in, we received excellent service. The salesperson recommended several shirts, unwrapped them for me, waited patiently while we thought about it, and then the cashier rang us up, and nicely folded the shirt. They have frequent sales and participate in the same rewards program as Athleta, so as long as you're not paying retail, the prices are very fair for what you get.

The Burlington, VT manager was absolutely wonderful, and told me to contact her anytime (she gave me her card). I was recently in the Albany, NY area, and saw that my mom had a catalog on her coffee table. I knew that there was a store in the Albany, NY area, and contacted the store to make sure the sale was the same as the catalog, and it was. I spoke with GINA on the phone, and she pulled a couple of pairs of pants for me to try on when I came into the store. My mom & I did indeed visit the store the same day, and we had excellent service from everyone in the store! We both ended up getting many items, with exceptional service, as well as saving additional 10% opening credit cards. GINA & her store were awesome and I will not hesitate to go into that store again for my purchases. Please remind all associates of J Jill to treat their customers like they would want to be treated. I will be visiting MASHPEE, MA this weekend, but will NEVER visit the J Jill store there after my terrible experience. As for the Burlington, VT store, as well as the Albany, NY store, I will never hesitate to go into both of those stores, as they deliver GREAT customer service!
