A young lady by the name of Sofia was incredibly helpful to me and went above and beyond the call of duty to find exactly what I was looking for. It was like having a personal shopper with me, knowing exactly where things were in that giant selection of beautiful clothes. For her to say that her system is down. And then I have to download the app and have it shipped to my house. She returned the credit to a gift card and told me to download the app and go re order my cleats. and now I can't order them as it won't let me ship to the store. And shipping it to my house is 14$ more expensive. Everything from the online purchase, pick up ,return went great. Leaving me to basically fix the problem myself.
