They are charging full price for everything and even the employees know it's crap! They have signs all over the place promoting buy one get one half off. Take notice that NO "CLASSIC COLORS" ARE INCLUDED IN THE SALE! That means you have to find an obscure ugly pair of Chuck's and then verify if they are on sale at the register. We had 4 pair of shoes for the kids and when we got to the register the cashier says "you know that these aren't part of the sale?". Nope, didn't know that... "I don't know why we do it like this" she says, "the classic ones don't have a sale". They aren't even sorted by what is on sale and what is not. I picked out a pretty cool t-shirt for myself that had "2 for $25" marked on the display. When ringing it up she informs me its $20 for one. I have to buy another to get the deal. There are 10-15 people behind us that had been waiting, like me, to get the hell out of there. I took the shirt, stepped close enough where I would not hit anyone, balled it up and throw it back at the display. It was a pretty decent shot actually. I am severely annoyed now. I hate shopping, wasting time, and especially wasting money. Now my wife, the Angel that she is, buys them without a pause because she is polite and considerate of others feelings. I, on the other hand, am not... I voice my disgust as she hurried me out of the store. I am unhappy with the end result but I do love my wife for keeping me chill sometimes. The moral is... No greeting and no acknowledgment despite being the only customers in the store. Seconds later, a white woman walked in and suddenly the entire staff came to life, loudly and enthusiastically welcoming her. The discriminatory difference in treatment was immediate, obvious, unacceptable. To the older black worker, don't insult me with half hearted compliments or offers to help after the fact. We noticed exactly how we were treated the moment we walked in. The damage was already done, and the message was loud and clear. If you're still comfortable treating Black customers like we're invisible until proven "worthy," you have no business working in customer service. We saw it. We felt it.

After searching…read morethe available options, I was about to give up because I couldn't find a pair in my size that fit my feet properly. JM ask if I needed some assistance. I explained my problem to him. JM looked at the boots I had on and immediately identified some issues. He brought my another pair in a different size just to see the fit. He then offered a half size. They were perfect! They were a half size larger than I normally wear and a width different than I normally wear. Thanks to JM I left with a pair of boots that I really appreciate. I highly recommend Hewlett and Dunn Boot and Jean Co. for your western needs.
