Then they had the audacity to demand I pay a $170 "no-show" fee even though I ARRIVED at the exact time I was given. They claimed they "called me since 10 AM," yet I did not receive a single call, voicemail, or text. Nothing. Absolutely no attempt to reach me. When I calmly offered to stay and wait, they flat-out refused to accommodate me or even attempt to fix their own scheduling mistake. David and Sierra handled the situation with zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero accountability. As someone who has worked in salons, I can confidently say I have never seen a business treat a client this poorly. Any reputable owner would have apologized and corrected the error -- not doubled down and forced a paying client to cover THEIR mistake. The entire experience felt like a scam.
