I went into this store with my kids hoping to find suits for the prom. We walked in 45min prior to closing so being sensitive to the store closing we tried to rush through and find something my Boys would like. The manager in that store was rude from the very beginning once we decided to do a rental it got even worse. He told me I was frantic and needed to calm down - I was totally confused as were my kids because we were trying to pay for our rental prior to leaving and were def asking questions while they were ringing us up. I told him I was not frantic and also proceeded to ask if I was annoying him at which point he replied yes - I apologized for annoying him and said I was just trying to get my suits and he said thanks for apologizing which totally shocked me as to how he would dare say that when I never were rude or frantic until he came at me. He then said he wouldn't sell me a suit and wouldn't give me a name although the employer acknowledged he was the store manager. This store is horrible. Don't go there and so was the staff. I will be calling the corporate office tomorrow as well. Miserable people. Don't shop there read more

Yelp forces me to rate them a 1 star but they are really a NO STAR! The salesman was horrible and left me for another customer. I will never shop at Jos. A. Bank again! Thankfully I can order better clothes online for less money. read more

This store ordered the complete wrong size for my groomsman and told him "if you don't like it, go somewhere else." He's a groomsman in my wedding. He has To get the tux from where we ordered them, how do you suppose he "go somewhere else"? Of course he's upset! You're messing up his friends wedding!!! He now has to drive to NJ for our rehearsal dinner and then drive all the way back to PA to get a new pair of pants and pray they fit. Choosing Jos A Bank was a HUGE mistake! read more

I don't normally write reviews especially as the situation is ongoing but I can't help it. I registered my group at this location for my wedding in two Saturday's 1/26. I knew something was off when they never called me to tell me the tuxes were in. I had to call them. So all of my groomsman have been going there to do one last fitting. I'm going to run a list here but as of now only 3/8 tuxes fit correctly. 1 tux - wasn't there and still isn't there. They had to overnight it today and we pray it fits my groomsman correctly tomorrow cause time will practically be out to get it fixed. 2 tuxes had shirt size problems mine was too big and another was way too small 1 tux jacket was completely off and they had to order a brand new one that won't get in until Saturday so hopefully it fits cause no time to fix it at that point Lastly my other groomsman studs shirt didn't fit and his pants didn't fit. So five out of 8 orders have had problems. I've never seen anything like it. I could keep goin here about the experience but I already feel like I'm ranting enough. I'd avoid this if you're looking to rent tuxs for your wedding cause this ya already been awful. read more

My husband went to Jos. A. Bank to get a new suit. The gentlemen working there are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of anything a man would need for dress clothes. My husband was measured and had a suit picked out and ready to be tailored with 10 minutes. We needed his suit tailored relatively quickly and they worked with us on turn around time. Unbelievably poor treatment at this store. I spent hundreds of dollars on a suit there and got it tailored. They botched the job and the sleeves are totally different lengths. I go back to have them fix it and they tell me they can't touch it because I'm not in the system... total BS. Took 2 hours to even speak with someone despite getting in my truck and driving 20 minutes there. The manager Barry was helping a costumer in the store for 45 minutes while I waited to be acknowledged. When it was finally my turn to speak, I'm told I'm not in the system!? They won't help me because somebody clearly screwed up my info in the system. I bought the damn suit looking at the same mirrors that are on the wall in the store!!! Some customer service.... I can't say about Mike and the team at this location. I've always had positive experiences with my trips to Jos A Bank stores (mainly because the associates have the patience to tell me what colors go with what) but this started off as a very interesting visit. I tried on a suit last minute (i.e. the night before) and realized it was way too small. So I ran to the store a bit after they opened. After Mike assured me that this isn't a rare occurrence and I calmed down he then proceeded to help me find something affordable, in style, and also tailored that day. Amazing. Great Customer Service! My fiance and I stopped into the Flower Mills/Langhorne store to purchase me a new suit for our wedding along with suits for the groomsmen. We were greeted by Honesto Nunez who spent over 3 hours with us making sure every detail was captured. He worked through our process showing us numerous samples and suggestions to make sure the whole bridal party was coordinated. He even helped us with our pricing. I would give this store NO stars if I could. My husband and I went to this store in September to pick out his tux and his groomsmen tuxes for our Wedding. Everything was fine until we found out they never ordered my husband's tux... 3 different times! Everything from that point forward was HORRIBLE. 1. My husband wore the wrong color vest and tie in our wedding because they ordered the wrong one. 2. Everyone (including our fathers) got the wrong color shoes so they had to overnight 10 pairs of shoes and we had to pick them up the day before our Wedding. 3. My father and grandfather got the wrong color vest and ties so had to go back to the store after the new ones came in. And then realized they had a shirt for a regular tie instead of a shirt for a bow tie that they were wearing so they had to go back for a third time to get the right shirt. 4. My husband also had to go back to get the right shirt because his was for a bow tie and not the regular tie he was wearing. 5. One of our groomsmen didn't have a pocket square so my father in law gave him his and didn't wear one all day. 6. One of our groomsmen was missing a cufflink. 7. Everyone's pants were too long or too short and some of the jacket sleves were too and instead of fixing them the store told them they were supposed to be that way. I tried to contact Customer Service weeks ago to discuss all the problems we had and I still have not heard back from anyone. NEVER EVER EVER EVER do business with this disaster of a place. read more

Used this shop for all of my own and my groomsmen's attire for my wedding. I worked primarily through Anthony who was incredibly helpful with the numerous requests we made. All of the other sales people I worked with at this location were also just as helpful. I would definitely recommend using this store for any need! read more

I have been to many Jos A Bank shops over many years and those experiences were OK. Last year, I discovered the local Langhorne shop and had a fantastic experience buying a suit for my eldest son. I wish I remembered the salesperson's name - she was great. A few weeks ago, I purchased suits for me and my younger son from Honesto Nunez. You need to know that Honesto is fantastic. He spends the time you need with him, has a great fashion sense, and makes very helpful recommendations. I can't say I've ever had a better experience buying clothes that I feel really confident in and that fit great. There is no doubt I'll be back. This place does get busy and I've seen the feedback about a salesperson leaving the customer. I did not experience this but I did see that the sales team there does need to stay on their toes and balance their customers. Going in when it's less busy and knowing exactly what you need to buy, even if you need advice on styles, will help. read more

Ok, I probably should've written a review a while back. I made a huge mistake going with Jos A Bank. Every step of the way was terrible. I should've backed out and went somewhere else but the convenience for everyone traveling from different areas lured me in. Where to start... the high school school kids they have working in the back messed up EVERY SINGLE GROOMSMEN'S TUX; Mine also. For one guy they actually gave him the completely wrong pants and told him he had to pick them up the day of the wedding. The wedding was in the morning and he wouldn't have made it back in time. So I called, my wife called, his wife called, then I called again and they were nice enough to ship the pants to the hotel with fingers crossed they would be there in time. Luckily they were. My tie and vest were the wrong color, both ring bearers shoes wrong color, other grooms men's pants wrong size, shirts wrong size... etc. not only did that all happen but the fit of these tuxs were just sloppy. I'm not putting everything on them. It's my fault too. I should've been a little more picky. But I'm probably like you and just found the color I liked and tried it on kinda quick and said "I'll take it!!" I wish I would've did a little more research, but it is what it is. Oh and they told me my tux was free since I had 7 groomsmen, my pops, and two ring bearers; they still charged me $40. Good luck read more
