The Be Bright campaign is a great direction, with lots of refined basics and cool patterns. 60- day return policy too, which is unrivalled. The Eaton Centre location is my absolute favourite. They tend to have the largest selection and newest arrivals first, and are really good at stocking all sizes. The store is always neat and the lines well managed; no easy feat in the Eaton Centre. The staff are also great at helping you find sizes, and the fitting room is staffed and clean. They're consistently on the ball, and that keeps me coming back!

I had to return something purchased online, but when I arrived at the store (oh yeah, that's the other thing, you can return online purchases to a store location, rather than posting it back to them) the sales person pointed out to me that I had exceeded the 45 days for returning online purchases. Ugh! Having sacrificed a good portion of my lunch to walk over to the Eaton Centre location to return these purchases, my heart started to sink...but lo and behold, the sales clerk smiled and said that he could probably override the return and process it anyway, and you know what? I came in to do a quick return and was a bit stressed from the chaos across the street at Wal-Mart where I was just shopping. When I entered the store, it was SO peaceful, he was SO friendly and it calmed my nerves because I was on the verge of a panic attack. The staff is always fairly friendly, but due to the amount of foot traffic the merchandise is always a mess and styles and sizes are all over the place. Because of the plummeting popularity of the brand itself (I'm not trying to dump on the gap, I dig this brand. They make good pants!) the prices are usually discounted by at least 40-50 %. It's a laid back atmosphere and easy navigate, plus their discount section is huge due to the small size of this location itself. If you're on Queen W and need some cheap pants and shirts, this might be your stop.
