When JB insulation replaced the vapor barrier under our house they did a poor job and left joists uncovered and ground exposed. When asked to come and correct their work to code, they poorly laid a second layer of vapor barrier and still did not properly cover the joists. So now we have to remove the doubled up areas to prevent mold from growing between the layers of plastic.
