The crew was efficient and hard working. The only issue we have is we were told a date and time the crew would arrive. We received a text that morning telling us they would arrive between 8 and 10 in the morning. They did not come and we heard nothing from anyone. The next day we heard nothing. After I called and left a message that expressed my frustration we finally got a returned call. We were told that there was a problem with the supplies not being delivered on time. I understand things happen. What I don't understand is the lack of communication. I will again say we are pleased with the fence. In fact we have recommended the company to our neighbors.

They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. The price was very reasonable for the originally planned work, but in the end it turned out to be a great value for everything they did to get it perfect for us. Jesus is extremely nice and approachable, and he was excellent with communication and check-ins. As soon as they finished the backyard landscaping job today, I signed another contract for them to do our fencing, and we're planning on having them back to improve our sprinkler system next Spring.
