This store used to have class and quality items. Now, it only has poorly made products, overpriced fragrances, and a trashy attitude. Egads--Some merchandise was not organized by size. Racks were stuffed. Conclusion: After this visit, I will appreciate the Talbots Outlet Store on Wolf Road even more. The store refused a refund because it was 2 days past a deadline, presumably set for clothing that could be worn. A deadline for flawed merchandise? How can that be?
