After doing research (which I wish I had done sooner), I found that a reasonable cost should be around $500--meaning they charged me SIX TIMES MORE than the industry standard. This is blatant price gouging. When I questioned their prices, they showed me a website where they supposedly source their parts. However, when I tried to access it myself, it required a login just to see any prices. This makes me think they built this website just to mislead customers, preventing anyone from verifying if their pricing is legitimate. Shady, deceptive, and a total ripoff. Stay far away unless you want to be grossly overcharged for basic repairs. Do your research and find a reputable company instead.

I got a rough estimate over the phone and scheduled for today. Got a text confirmation and a follow up call to confirm closer to my appt time. Gadi agreed I needed to upgrade my very old garage door opener and suggested updating some of the hardware as well, springs, pulleys etc... His price was very reasonable and he and his assistant got to work right away and finished in a couple hours. He showed me all his work and explained the new equipment. We ended up calling a different company, located in Brooklyn, who actually came out within one hour and fixed the issue right away. I am disappointed in the way they handled the situation - while I understand maybe it is not easy to come out right away because of various reasons, but do not lie and and then just keep postponing.
