The short review is that these guys are outstanding and if I could give them six stars I would. Our garage door is probably 10 years old and last week the door twisted in the track and wouldn't close.  Both tracks were bent out of shape and the door itself was slightly buckled. I thought I was looking at having to buy a new door. I called GES and talked to Emanuel.  He got me on the schedule right away with Don.  He came out and within an hour had the tracks straightened and adjusted the door so that it opened and closed more smoothly than it ever has since we have owned the house.  After the repair, he adjusted the tension in the springs, cleaned up the entire area, and could not have been nicer or more professional.  I couldn't be happier with the scheduling, service, and most of all pricing from this company.  If you have any garage door issues, these guys should be the only company you call. read more

I contacted GES Garage today due to my garage doors not responding to the clicker or the key pad. I spoke with the owner Emanuel who was very friendly and professional.  Emanuel informed me that he would have Dori take care of my concern and quoted what the cost would be to gain entry into the garage and to install a key release system. My technician Dori called prior to arrival and arrived by the stated time. Dori was cordial, gained entry into my garage and installed the key release system and assessed that no power was being sent to the garage.  Due to my main issue being an electrical issue and needing service from an electrician Dori was not able to diagnose any other potential garage door concerns. Thanks for all of the assistance and prompt response to my immediate need (gaining entry to my garage). I will definitely contact GES in the future when it's time to replace my garage doors. read more

I waned to take a moment to share my experience with GES. I made an appointment with Emanuel. He was right on time and very thorough in his evaluation. His quote was done on the spot and very competitive. This was a Morning and I had another one that afternoon . As it turned out the other appointment show up late and left saying he would sent the quote by email. Emanuel was so good and very friendly that I decided to go ahead. I gave him a call and he had the job scheduled for the next day. David , the installer, called about an hour or 2 early to confirm His start time. I was ready early so he showed up right away. Dori was fast and efficient with his response. We had an emergency where our door wouldn't close at our fabrication facility and he was there within a few hours to repair it. After discussing our options and pricing he very honestly suggested considering the amount of money I had already spent on repairs, to replace the door slats completely. The shutter gate for our store stalled the other day. I must have called every gate repair shop in the city and could not for the life of me get someone to even come look at our gate. Great service, Emanuel and his helper came to provide me with an estimate to repair our store roll up gate. After taking two more proposals they were not just the cheapest but they seemed to be more professional. They did everything in the time they set up and they did it in the original quoted price.
