Booking a consultation was easy and he took the time to explain everything from materials to costs to timelines. The new garage doors are a near-perfect match to the existing paint job (hunter green, see accompanying pictures). We ended up needing to replace the garage roof and the frame, which Door Tech also took care of (they're not just limited to doors!). Fast forward to the day of the roof replacement / door installation and we discover a rotting post with termites. Oren is on-site, immediately communicates the issue, and provides a clear solution. I'm so happy I did because the technician "Jackson" that was sent to my house to perform the repair was so friendly and very professional. He was also a very hard worker and you could tell that he took pride in his work. He realized that the reason my garage was not closing all the way was because it was jammed. We needed emergency repair, so we called Meta doors. They came, greased the gate, and worked on the motor. The gate is working again. Good service, but they only agreed to 14 days warranty, since the day the motor is very old. I appreciate the emergency service, and I think they did a good repair.
