I got a call back about 1 hour later saying someone cancelled that they could send a technician out to look at the issue. Keep in mind this was Saturday now. Technician arrived as expected. He was very friendly, professional and review the garage door. Gave me a quote on the spot and said he'd be back next day, Sunday. He arrived on Sunday on time, set to work and had my door repaired in less than an hour. Left my garage clean and removed all the broken parts.
