He explained that WD-40 isn't actually the right lubricant for garage doors and can sometimes make things worse. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. The guy never arrived but I didn't wait too long since Giselle called me before notifying me that he won't be able to make it the day of so instead the Owner or something took a look at the pictures and gave me an estimate. I got a few options through Yelp (great way to use the service btw) and told them all the lowest price I got and if they would match vs compete.
