It was not a rush request, I could manage. but, he had one of his guys scheduled for Friday. David stopped by and he was great. He needed some parts, told what was wrong, gave me a locked-in price. Locked in price was reasonable and sold me. David came back on SUNDAY to fix and he did a great job. I highly recommend this business! Yelp is how I found them and recommend.

I found this company here on yelp and was drawn in by all the positive reviews, believing it to be a reliable local person. Ken came to my home to provide a quote for my two-car garage. He is polite and very nice on the day of the quote. I did not get a second quote and went with him because my husband likes him. I confirmed the price via text message, along with the model number for the two-car garage. He answered me with "Correct". However, when installation day arrived, I was surprised to find out that the quoted price was actually for a one-car garage. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but it was disappointing to receive a different price on the day of installation, especially after having confirmed it in WRITING! Everything I said is the truth, I just don't feel the need to put up a screen shot of the text, you can use your own judgment. What made the situation frustrating was the lack of a genuine apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. If he had approached the situation explaining mis-read/ rushed reading the text message, I would understand. I urge anyone considering this company to be extremely diligent. Make sure to get all details and pricing in writing to avoid any confusion. It's unfortunate because I was drawn in by the positive reviews, but thankfully, I hadn't started the job yet.

Booking a consultation was easy and he took the time to explain everything from materials to costs to timelines. The new garage doors are a near-perfect match to the existing paint job (hunter green, see accompanying pictures). We ended up needing to replace the garage roof and the frame, which Door Tech also took care of (they're not just limited to doors!). Fast forward to the day of the roof replacement / door installation and we discover a rotting post with termites. Oren is on-site, immediately communicates the issue, and provides a clear solution. Bonus: Oren and his crew did all of the above in ONE day, which is incredible especially if you've ever done any home renovation work of any kind. Bonus #2: you forgot something after the installation and call Oren in a panic? The guy turns around a quarter to 8 pm on his way home and comes right back to address it. Thank you, Oren and team.
