TL;DR: responsive, professional, affordable, and fast/quality service! Our garage door was having issues for a while now, to the point where we could only open it manually. I entered an inquiry for a free quote on their website, and I got an email/phone call/text within 4 hours! I was able to schedule a time through text with AJ. They give you a time range in which they'll arrive, but if they're late, just shoot them a text and they respond really quickly! AJ came by and could immediately identify the problem with our door (the cables on both sides were not reeling properly and going around the drum). He provided me a quote within 10 minutes, and it was much cheaper than I anticipated, but to be fair I don't have a good frame of reference for how much these things should cost. AJ said he could fix it right then and there, or come by later. But the price seemed good, so he went ahead and took care of it immediately. Took him less than an hour to complete! So for adjusting and realigning both cables/drums, reprogramming the door limits/controls, and lubricating the door, it cost me $225 (assume it includes labor). It's a common story...springs broke (age and usage) cables parted, wheels twisted, and lift bar bent. GDS responded quickly and sent out a team to assess the problem and get to work fixing it when we agreed on the price.
