I have had Sal and Carlos service my garage door before and each time I was very pleased with their quality of service. This time I called because of a major malfunction with my garage door with my vehicle inside and I wasn't able to open it. Sal and Carlos came out, identified the problem (broken springs) showed me the damage to the garage door itself told me what was needed. Sal and Carlos lifted the door so I could get my vehicle out. They came back out and replaced the springs, drums, cables and a new garage door with all new hardware at reasonable cost. Excellent work. One of my garage doors was broken and needed to be replaced. Since I'm new to the area in San Antonio and don't know any handymen, I searched online and found Garage Door Solutions. The first thing they recommended was to keep the garage door boxes as most companies honor a 30 day warranty. Thank God we did, as we had issues immediately on one of the openers. When I had the emergency garage door issue they came.fiedr thing in morning and did a temp fix until we could get the new door in. They were quick to bring the door and all the extra supplies. On Friday, our 11 year old automated garage door was closed with a wagon obstructing the closure. The top 2 panels were bent and broken.
