I already knew my garage door springs needed replacing, and he didn't try to upsell me. His price was less than half of the estimates I received from the large companies. He had high-cycle springs in stock, which I specifically wanted to avoid replacing them again in just a few years. Most other companies told me those would have to be special ordered.
