Garage door spring broke. He Responded and arrived quickly and on time with great price and fast service.

We had a dented garage door, for some reason. It could have been because I backed into it, but we can't be sure. Anyway, when the garage was opened the next time, it got stuck halfway open. It was a Friday night so I didn't think anyone would be open or around. I put plywood up to cover the garage stuff. That wasn't really a solution. I contacted J Anthony on Saturday and he came out that day to make an assessment. He was able to get a drop-down done, basically a temporary solution, but the garage was now closed. He called on Monday after calling the original garage door manufacturer since we needed new panels or a whole new door. The manufacturer would only sell door panels to home builders or homeowners with their company installing, so their hands were tied. However, they still got me a quote and made a recommendation based on the pricing and let me know they would proceed however I wanted to. We ended up, months later, getting a whole new door. But I really appreciate that they went through the process of getting me quotes and following up with me, even though they knew that they wouldn't be able to do the job because of the manufacturer's restrictions. I recently purchased a garage door opener. I had also bought the Home Depot professional installation, but they tried to send out a company nearby that I didn't trust to install my opener. After getting absurd quotes from bigger companies, I found J Anthony's garage door service. He was very responsive to texts and calls, and even answered my call towards the latter part of the day! He was able to squeeze me in for the weekend, and if I recall correctly, it was even a holiday. He wasted no time getting to work on my opener. His service charge was far less than what I had expected and he includes all the hardware in the installation cost. Without laying blame to anyone, let's just say my garage door ended up warped and wouldn't close(because I wasn't up for forcing it). I was in a jam- I had a young baby on my hands and while I did nominally try to fix it at first, it became obvious beating on it with a mallet wouldn't fix anything. My husband- who I will admit is a bit more adept at fixing things- wasn't going to be home due to his work, but he directed me to J Anthony and I'm so happy he did. A few mishaps left a dent in my roll-up garage door and a split of the seam/seal between the garage door and the frame. Juan responded to my request for a quote within 10 minutes and was able to come out the same day and assess the situation. He resolved my immediate issue of the door not opening or closing correctly and was able to knock the dent out without having to replace the entire door immediately He then quoted a price to replace the seam/seal which was very reasonable. Contacted owner about my garage door was making a loud noise when opening and closing. He and his helper came out right away on initial visit, very friendly and pleasant. He oil certain parts of the garage door and it helped a little bit. He suggested I get a couple of parts for my garage door so he texted me the parts I needed to order. He stated when the parts came in he would install them. Parts arrived in several days so I called J Anthony to inform him that the parts were in. He arrived several days later to install the parts but he gave me the wrong parts to order. I kindly asked him to order the parts and I would pay for them when they came in. I contacted him numerous times to hear I will be over in a day or two to install them.I called him several weeks on and off and heard the same spill. If he is the owner of a company he should respond in a timely manner to the customer. He lied numerous times to me and wasted my time.
