We called out a bunch of companies, but Mojo was the only one who said that they could find the parts to replace a panel or two of our door, instead of replacing the entire garage door, like the competition wanted to do. So Mojo gave a fair quote, was able to source the parts, and showed up right when they said they would. They made some good recommendations about maintaining and upgrading parts of the existing doors to get the longest life out of them. I have a terrible work schedule but they had no problem working with me. You will get a text before they head your way within a short window (unlike companies that tell you 8am-8pm). They did the job very professionally without cutting corners on my garage opener installation. I am picky with attention to detail and they did not fall short. They routed the wires appropriately and set up the opener nicely instead of exposing all the wires. One small change that I would make is putting the wires through the hole on the face plate. My house came with the face plate holes. I always think it looks strange with the wires not going through the provided hole. Not a big deal though, just a minor detail. Lastly, they quoted me an amount and that's the price I paid. A lot of people quote without taxes included. It's a nice touch instead of having to worry about paying 8% more to your quoted price.
