After repeated attampts while holding the button till it fully opened (not a recommended procedure) the door rolled up, but it was obvious there was a problem. I had Crawford replace both my Garage Door Springs on a double-door a few year ago at the best price quoted by several Garage Door companies. They were quick to do so, polite and prompt. So this time I called them again and they showed up in 2 days, adjusted both the chain and the springs, tested it all, done quickly by a polite technician who only charged for a $100. service call.
