After repeated attampts while holding the button till it fully opened (not a recommended procedure) the door rolled up, but it was obvious there was a problem. I had Crawford replace both my Garage Door Springs on a double-door a few year ago at the best price quoted by several Garage Door companies. They were quick to do so, polite and prompt. So this time I called them again and they showed up in 2 days, adjusted both the chain and the springs, tested it all, done quickly by a polite technician who only charged for a $100. service call. These are the same doors you can order from Costo but their price was better and I am glad to be putting money back into the local community rather than a big box corporate company. Ronnie spoke to me numerous times as I was not quite sure what I wanted. His son came out and measured and installed today. My new doors are much more sturdy, have windows and as previously mentioned are a nice color (a nice shade of taupe). Sherwin Williams carries paint that match the door brand they install. I picked my color by getting samples from SW and matching to my brick. They installed a key pad and new motors too. The new doors definitely added to the curb appeal of my home! He put the door on track, fixed the rail alignment, and corrected a cracked piece of wood in the header that could have been a major issue in the future. He also installed the new outdoor keypad and generally made sure the door was serviced. He did a great job, was very professional and a general nice guy.
