I asked him how much he thought it would cost but said he had to look at it before he could tell us. When Nate got here he just started repairing it and until he finished, we didn't realize the cost. When he gave us the invoice it was for $1785. Here is the breakdown: Off track $600 Springs 450 Service Call 85 Cable 250 Labor 400 I have checked around today and found out that we got ripped off by about $1300. I have since tried to get in touch with the owner and waiting for him to call me. The garage door is working now but I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. He would go to the bank and cash the check directly apparently. The quality of work was very poor, I have called him since he did the job in January, came up with many excuses why he couldn't come, out of town, etc. has yet to come to repair the horrible work, which only lasted two days after done even after letting the driveway dry an additional two days than recommended. I asked him kindly when he would come, he blocked me, no further answer any of his emails. Please don't fall victim to this person. I tried to give him some business. Instead of meeting with your adjuster and showing them the components, they just go based off of the adjusters inspection. So, therefor, all of your roofing components will not be replaced as it needs to be. They absolutely refuse to replace Step flashing, counter flashing, and apron flashing. The exact words from the General Manager, Paul Lessee, "The insurance isnt paying for it, so we arent either!" So, with that being said, instead of doing your roof the right way, they cut corners. Flashing is a HUGE part of your roof! Flashing is a safeguard against leaks around walls, chimneys, dormers! Once your roof is done, if you have any issues with it, good luck getting them to come back out to address these issues in a timely manner. Once they get their money from you and your insurance company, they fly away in the wind. PLEASE BEWARE! There are plenty of other REPUTABLE roofing companies that you can call!!! They will fix issues you report, but they also created the issues and leave it up to the customer to find them. Very frustrating experience, wish we had gone with another company.
