There was excellent communication with dispatch and my technician. Daniel came out and assessed the door. He was able to put new rollers in and do a tune-up of the door in 30 minutes. He advised a possible need for a torsion spring depending on use. He answered all of my questions. Based on usage and age of house, I did end up making the decision to get a new one. (There was no pressure at all or upselling.) There was a warranty for both labor and parts, and the cost of repairs was extremely reasonable, considering I was worried I would need a new door, Highly recommend using this business!

Darrell the technicians first question was: "Do you have an LED bulb in the garage opener"? Seems LED bulbs can interfere with the signal on the opener. We replaced the bulb, however because the key pad is over 25 years old , I decided to replace it. I also asked for an inspection of the entire garage door system, the very noisy wheels needed replaceing. Thought it best to be proactive, since a broken garage door can be a real pain.
