I scheduled the visit with the plan to find someone who could get out earlier just as soon as I freed my car trapped in the garage. After unsuccessfully trying to lift the heavy garage door,I called Durbin back to explain my dilemma. Durbin said they'd try to fit me in the same day, at least to get the door up and the car out. Less than an hour later I got a call they were running ahead of schedule, had an open slot, and were on their way. Less than an hour after that my car was not only in the driveway but the garage door was repaired.
