Sean was very friendly and explained every step of the process. Tracy also stopped by to make sure the work was going well. The entire process took 2 days and these guys did a fantastic job. I could not be any happier as I really wanted clean garage for a long time. After couple days later, Sean also made a follow up trip for a final walk through and a touch up. He was friendly and polite. He did fine laying downing the flooring over our old hardwood floor. It was a 2 day job and both days he came much later than he told us he would. Towards the end of day 2 he was running out of time to finish. He was also not very good with the quality of the finishing. He had to cut a couple of floor registers because the trim he put in was too wide for the registers to fit back in place. The edge was jagged and he tried to cover it up with caulking. It looked very messy. Because he was running so late a couple of older employees came in to help him. They were good at cutting the angles on the trim. There was a large gap between the end of the floor planks and the door going into the garage. They filled the space with clear silicone. It looked very messy and as time went on it looked dirty because it was sticky. When the owner asked for final payment I paid immediately. He also asked if I was happy with the job. It told him about the registers and the gap by the garage door. He said not to worry and that he would make it "perfect". Over the next 2 1/2 months Dymitry, the owner said they would be there soon to fix it. They never followed through. Finally an appointment and time was set but once again they failed to show up on time. I waited over 2 hours. Dymitry always texted that he would be coming so I was very surprised that the person who showed up to make it "perfect" was the same young guy who had made it messy in the first place. He did smooth out and paint the registers. The gap was filled with black silicone and still looks messy and unfinished. I would not recommend this company.

Their timeliness was spot on, we did have the usual shipping delays (especially during the flooding earlier this year in Snohomish County) but as soon as thing came in they were on top of it and got things installed very quickly, The flooding added about a week to the timeline. Its been about 3 months since they finished and we have had no issues. We liked their work so much that we retained them to remodel our Guest Bathroom and again no issues and they were a pleasure to work with.
