I contacted him and we set a date unfortunately, Milton the hurricane interrupted us, so we had to postpone one week. However, they showed up on the date and time expected and completed the job in less time than originally thought necessary. I want to mention one of the workers Isadora, the only young woman on the crew she was their translator and very sweet the rest of the crew did not speak English but, their work spoke for them. If I had to do another remodel I would choose Nexus and Leon. I do believe Isadora deserves a little bit of a raise for being there translator, but that's just me LOL.

The owner was incredibly thorough and got back to me very quickly with an estimate. Based on their pricing and availability, I decided to move forward with them. and I'm so glad I did! Scheduling was a breeze. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. He even guided me to the flooring supplier to pick out the material I wanted, and I pre-paid for the flooring directly through them. On installation weekend, the team showed up right on time. I had given them a four-day window (Friday through Monday), they impressively finished everything in just two days. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with updates and pictures of the installation -- which I really appreciated. The owner was attentive, professional, and clearly takes great pride in his work. Their customer service is top-notch, their pricing is extremely fair, and the final result looks amazing. I would absolutely use Sousa and Sousa Flooring again for any future projects, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
