I started questioning some of what he was doing based on what I read online and friends in the industry told me and he grew angry and disrespectfully. Unfortunately by the time all was said and done I had paid him and he ran off with my money. The final product was not level, straight or flat. It's 12 feet long on the side and 12'10' on the other. It was supposed to be 13'. He rushed the job because he had to constantly go to home depot to buy tools and figure out what he needed. He has no experience laying slabs. He miscalculated the materials and tried to do a 260 sq ft patio with bags instead of a pour. He insists the job should have only taken 2.5 pallets when any calculator shows it would take at least 3.5. Somehow it's me and my yards fault. He didn't flatten the ground and he didn't lay the minimum 4 inches. I had 3 contractors come by and evaluate it. It is the worst work they have ever seen and said it can't be salvaged. At 2.5 inches thick it has already started cracking and won't last more than a month. Not only did he not refund me but he wouldn't even remove his terrible work. His website says he is licensed and insured but I found out that was a lie. None of that work is his. I just wanted to do something nice for my family before I left for deployment. Avoid at all costs! I will try to take legal action buy unfortunately I am deploying soon and may not have time to see it through. I do not want to leave that on my wife either.

He returned near the end of the installation to move some electrical outlets and to hook up the new plumbing fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. He also installed the new garbage disposal. All appeared to be fine and good. Over time, stains and etching appeared. The drain stoppers in the bathroom sinks stopped functioning. When we contacted the company, they denied any responsibility,blaming us for not sealing the granite. They also denied doing any plumbing or electrical work. Yesterday we had a gentleman inspect our countertops before doing a restoration. His first comment was these were NOT granite but a more porous stone in the limestone family! So here we are. An inferior product susceptible to everything normal in a kitchen or bathroom. A large purchase that is inferior to what we replace. A company that refuses to stand by their product and services.
