Quality Flooring installed new wood flooring in our guest room during a renovation in June 2025…read more. Some of the boards started peeling this June. I contacted John Milea,the service manager, and requested that the flooring be replaced. I sent him pictures of the damaged areas, and he did a site visit. I was advised that they would repair a few boards but replacement would cost a minimum of $2400 depending on flooring selected. He also sent an email stating the following: "We believe the installation was done correctly and that all in all you don't like the material selection that was made a year ago." I responded that what I didn't like was peeling wood and adhesive showing between boards. He also said that the current peeling was probably caused by moisture from a leak. Five boards were replaced on July 17th by a Quality Flooring Installer, and he said there was no underlying moisture. Obviously, the flooring is defective. I will definitely look elsewhere for any other floor replacement.

I was very impressed at this young man's ability, dedication to his work, was very punctual and thorough in everything he took on! There is a few minor things that have been discovered after the job was completed, but we have decided it can be lived with! I think the issues came about due to the original contractor showed up only twice in the 2 months this went on even though the young man informed him of some minor issues of not being real comfortable with, but enough said! I can truthfully say for definite sure I would recommend this Company and Young Man for practically any household renovation, you will be as pleased as we were !
